Job Summary:

Manage, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business to business accounts while maximizing profits and market share that will create the highest customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • 3 years consultative account sales experience
  • Demonstrate ability to sell value
  • Ability to creates, build s and retain strong client relationships
  • Ability to organize and execute proper client retention practices
  • Enthusiastic, positive “can do” attitude
  • Thrives on closing opportunities that grow the ANY LAB TEST NOW® system
  • Experience selling drug and alcohol testing services, as well as other relevant lab tests, to employers
  • Experience working with selling services and products to physician practices.

 

Self-motivated, self-disciplined and goal-oriented a must

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent persuasive presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

 

Houston Metropolitan Area Employer Account and Other B2B Business Development

 

Identify prospects and close accounts to grow revenue for the ALTN Houston

  • Sell drug and alcohol testing services to employer accounts
  • Set up and manage local physician accounts to refer their patients to ANY LAB TEST NOW for their laboratory needs.
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for clients
  • Perform strong client retention activities. Periodically check client satisfaction to ensure long-term contractual relationships are maintained and grow the relationships.
  • Achieve sales objectives, which may include but are not limited to revenue and profitability.
  • Aggressively grow employer account base through telephone calls, written communications and personal visits, using both Company-driven and individual lead generation methodologies, including but not limited to cold-calling; networking; event promotion; and asking for referrals from existing clients and other connections.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings as necessary.
  • On an as-needed basis, visit each store location the last week of each month to assist with window sign and other message rotation, fill brochure holders, and educate/train medical assistants on new initiatives for the following month.
  • Assist with training medical assistants on in-store selling initiatives.
  • Complete Company-required reports, including but not limited to sales reports; marketing reports; business mileage logs; and expense reports in an accurate and timely basis.
  • Enter and maintain all lead, prospect and client information and notes into Company’s designated CRM software system or spreadsheet in an accurate, timely and complete manner.

 

Compensation:

Base Salary: Salary plus quarterly commission or bonus program.

Expenses:

A monthly business stipend of $100 per month will be provided to the employee to cover a business cell phone and internet expense.

Reimbursable mileage at the company’s current standard per mile rate.

All other reimbursable expenses as approved with applicable receipts.
