Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. What do our Sales Representatives do?

Sales Representatives will join a results-oriented environment where they will be supported to learn and understand our services and markets. They call on a full spectrum of employer and business market segments. This role enjoys an atmosphere of autonomy, travel, recognition, and rewards for achievement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals and cross selling
Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal and external accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions
Provide technical support and product information for client inquiries
Communicate company promotions, programs, and pricing within assigned geography
Work with key vendor manufacturer representatives to keep current on technical product updates and market programs.

What do you need?

MUST have experience finding and closing new accounts for urine and blood-based pre-employment screenings
Nice to have experience includes finding and closing accounts for wellness and paternity testing.
High school diploma or GED
3+ year's experience in medical sales field with a stable work history or a 4-year College Degree
Candidate must have 3 years’ experience in the medical sales market and/or 4 year college degree.
Must possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, Energetic and Persistent
Relationship/Consultative Selling
Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional Appearance & Demeanor: Business Casual Attire
Comfortable speaking with and presenting to individuals and small groups
Proficient Computer Skills: Internet, email, contact management software and smart phone operation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search

Base pay range: $50,000 - $65,000 / year. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance and achieving Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs").
