Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant

Job Description:
Any Lab Test Now Denver-Central Park is looking for a friendly and self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills for our busy Denver location. Any Lab Test Now Denver-Central Park provides customers with the opportunity to take control of their health care. We provide thousands of Health Related Blood Tests (including STD Testing), Drug Screens, Paternity Testing, and B-12 Injections. We service individual consumers as well as business customers.

This dynamic position consists of general reception duties (answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments), the collection and processing of samples (blood draw, urine collection, buccal swab collection, or hair/nail sample) to send to the lab. It also consists of general office duties that include stocking shelves, cleaning, and taking inventory.

This individual must be able to manage all of these responsibilities, have a Phlebotomy Certificate OR Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma, be able to work independently, and have good organizational and critical thinking skills. This is a Full Time position. It may also include Saturday hours. Compensation is based on experience.

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED:
* Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant
* Recent experience drawing blood
* Excellent customer service skills
* Dependable, reliable, self-initiating, and honest
* Knowledge of common blood tests
* Computer skills- usage of spreadsheets and email
* Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
* Available to work 35 to 40 hours a week

DESIRED:
* Retail sales or customer service experience a plus
* Knowledge of QuickBooks
* Ability to talk to businesses and explain our services
* Ability to describe our products and services to clients
